Meet Samantha Carleton

Samantha is a Main Line native who spent much of her childhood in Vermont before earning
her degree from the University of Vermont and completing her MBA in Boston. She enjoyed a
successful 20-year career in investment management before returning to the Main Line in 2012.
Now a Haverford resident, Samantha brings strong financial expertise, attention to detail, and a
client-first approach to her work with Duffy Real Estate. She is passionate about helping clients
navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, playing tennis, riding horses, and spending time in
the garden with her husband and their dog, Milo.
