Meet Julia Holland

Julia grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and currently lives in the heart of Center City. She works closely with John Jr. to help clients buy and sell properties throughout the Philadelphia and suburban areas. While she enjoys helping people do everything from listing a property to simply finding an appropriate rental, her favorite activity is helping transplants find the right home in the right neighborhood… and introducing them to Philly along the way!

With a background heavy in family financial planning and institutional real estate sales, Julia is no stranger to educating her clients so they feel comfortable at every step of the process. As a former American Sign Language/ English-interpreting student at the Community College of Philadelphia, she has a particular compassion for those facing unique language barriers. As such, her goal is to first and foremost ensure that Clients from all walks of life are working with an Agent that most suits THEIR needs... If she is not a fit- she will find an Agent who is!
