To familiarize REALTORS® in your area with the features of your home we will conduct a Broker's Open House on a selected Tuesday as part of the weekly TREND Multiple Listing Service Open House tour. This open house will be promoted through the TREND MLS Open House hotline. We will have one of our sales agents stationed at your home for informational and security purposes.
At your request, we will conduct Sunday Open Houses advertised to the public to attract prospective buyers. These open houses will be advertised online in addition to the appropriate local newspapers.
